I see everybody’s laughing
What the hell are they talking?
I see a girl who is pretending
In the middle of a conversation she can barely understand
How did she end up there
With a pose, with a blank stare
Frozen, there’s no expression
Then she looks at me and says “don’t you recognize me?”
Familiar faces all around me
Suddenly turn into a blur
Am I lost or am I just a ghost?
